What we build

Everything hard in your front yard

Concrete, masonry and hardscape under one crew. One estimate, one schedule, one company responsible for the result.

Concrete driveways

Poured, reinforced and pitched to drain. Control joints cut where they belong so the slab cracks on your terms, not its own.

Stamped concrete

Ashlar slate, cobble or wood plank patterns with integral color. Reads like stone at a fraction of the cost of stone.

Polished concrete

Ground, densified and sealed floors for garages, terraces and interiors. Low maintenance and it does not peel like an epoxy coating.

Paver driveways & walkways

Interlocking pavers over a compacted base and proper edge restraint. If one ever settles, we lift that paver instead of breaking the whole slab.

Stone & brick facades

Natural stone, brick and decorative block on house fronts, columns and planters. The part of the house everyone sees first.

Retaining & garden walls

Block and stone walls that hold grade, frame planting beds and keep soil where you put it after the next heavy rain.

Nothing sells this work like seeing it. Slide the handle across each project.

Before After
Before After

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

1

Free on-site estimate

We measure, check drainage and existing grade, and give you a written price. No charge, no obligation.

2

Materials & layout

You pick pattern, color and finish from real samples. We mark the layout on the ground before anything is poured.

3

Permits & HOA

We pull the county or city permit and prepare the HOA submittal package when your community requires one.

4

Install & cleanup

Demolition, base, install and finish. We haul the debris out and pressure wash before we hand it back.

Why Denis

The boring things that go wrong

Most bad driveway jobs fail for the same handful of reasons. Here is how we handle each one.

Base, not just the top

Concrete and pavers fail from below. We compact the base in lifts, because a beautiful surface over loose fill is a crack waiting for the rainy season.

Water goes somewhere

Every slab we pour is pitched away from the house. In Miami that single detail is the difference between a dry garage and a claim.

Written price, written warranty

You get the scope, the materials and the warranty on paper before we start. No verbal estimates that grow halfway through the job.

We leave it clean

Debris hauled off, forms removed, surface washed. You should not be sweeping up after the crew that just took your money.

Questions

Frequently asked

How long does a driveway take?

A typical residential driveway is two to four days on site: demolition and base, then pour or paver install, then finish. Permit and HOA approval time is separate and depends on your city.

When can I drive on it?

Pavers are ready almost immediately. Poured concrete takes about 24 hours for foot traffic and roughly seven days before you park a vehicle on it — we give you the exact date when we finish.

Stamped concrete or pavers?

Stamped concrete usually costs less and gives a seamless surface. Pavers cost more but can be lifted and reset individually if anything settles or if you need to reach a pipe underneath. We show you both at the estimate.

Do you handle permits and HOA approval?

Yes. We pull the permit and prepare the drawings and material samples your HOA needs. You sign; we file.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, in writing, and it is part of the estimate you sign — not something we mention afterward. Ask us for the exact terms when we come out.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Estimates, contracts and the crew on site all work in English and Spanish.
